Something special happens when we gather outside of our regular patterns, and give space to see God move in fresh ways...

We can't wait to gather with our wider family – bringing together Trinity Church, St Wilfrid's, Lady Bay Church, St Saviour's, and St Paul’s – for a big weekend of fun, fellowship, worship, teaching, ministry and delicious food, right here in the neighbourhood!

We've chosen a venue we can travel to and from each day – sleeping in our own beds overnight! – which we hope makes the weekend accessible to the maximum number of people.

Extended time spent in community is always a highlight of our year, so we really hope you can be part of what promises to be a very special occasion.

Your ticket price includes all meals and entertainment while we’re gathered.

When?

  • Friday 6th March, 6pm – 9.30pm

  • Saturday 7th March all day, 9am – 8.30pm

  • Sunday 8th March – regular services at St Wilfrid’s 

Where?

Friday evening and Saturday will be hosted at Trent Vineyard Church on Lenton Lane (NG7 2PX). On Sunday, we are back to St Wilfrid’s for our usual gathering.

BURSARY FORM

Kids

Kids will have separate provision during all main sessions and Worship and Wait, joining the adults for meal times and fun on Friday night (during these times parents are responsible for their supervision).

There will be provision for Kids from over 18 months up to youth.

Please note that in order to reduce ticket prices, children will need their own packed lunch on Saturday.

Youth

Youth will join in the main session on Friday night, with their own programme running throughout Saturday’s main sessions before rejoining the adults for Worship and Wait.

Soak Space

A separate space will be open during the main sessions on Saturday for those who would like some time out to process and to rest in God’s presence.
